It’s almost that time of year again when Harley-Davidson, York Vehicle Operations opens its doors to the public to showcase its 2010 models!

That’s right! It’s the 2009 York Open House and it’s not too early to make plans for this event, which will be held September 24, 25 and 26, 2009.

Here’s the latest scoop. At this event, you will be able to take a factory tour where you will actually be “be on the floor” with the employees who make Harley-Davidson’s. You will also be able to sign up for FREE demo rides of the 2010 models and take a 12-mile cruise around York County.

Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase plenty of York Vehicle Operations memorabilia, as well as the souvenir York Open House shirt.

And what’s an event without great food? Food vendors will be on-site, serving a variety of mouthwatering foods at great prices.

Kid’s will have a blast on Saturday as the event will be hosting a “Kid’s Tent.” While children under the age of 12 are not permitted on the factory tour, kids won’t be denied that motorcycle experience.

There’s still some time and still some planning to be done, so check back for periodic updates.

We’ll see you and hear the rumble of your motorcycle very soon!
